Delete your Audio Tour account

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Audio Tour and tap Profile (the last tab, bottom right).
  2. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email us from any address and tell us the email you signed in with (Google or Apple). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (name, email, user ID).
  • Your saved tours and listening progress.
  • Tours you made, which become unreachable and are removed.
  • Notification tokens and app settings stored with your account.

What is kept

  • Problem reports you sent about a tour, with your identity removed, so we can fix the tour.
  • The record of tours made with your monthly allowance, kept for billing audits.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you bought it: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
