1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Audio Tour application and website at wanderlust-tour.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Audio Tour is an audio guide application that provides self-guided, expert-narrated audio tours of popular places and landmarks. Tours can be streamed or downloaded for offline listening, and some tours use your location to play audio as you reach each stop. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions (Audio Tour Pro)

Audio Tour is free to download and includes free content. Full access to premium features — including unlimited AI-narrated tour creation and offline downloads — requires an Audio Tour Pro auto-renewable subscription, offered through the Apple App Store on the following plans:

• Monthly — $9.99 (USD) per month
• Yearly — $49.99 (USD) per year

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; pricing in other regions and the exact current price are displayed in the app at the point of purchase and may vary. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription covering that period.

All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Subscriptions are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Record, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform tour audio or other content from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and audio tour content, is owned by Audio Tour or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and listen to tours for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Tour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Tour content and location information are provided for reference and entertainment only. Always stay aware of your surroundings, obey local signage and laws, and do not use the app in a way that distracts you from traffic or other hazards while walking.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
